The foundingGIDE project, supported by the EU Horizon Europe programme, has concluded after 2.5 years of international collaboration, advancing standards and technical solutions for interoperable image data and expanding a global community. The project has laid the foundations for the continued development of the Global Image Data Ecosystem (GIDE), with collaboration and development continuing beyond the project.
